Clash of Clans April 2024 update to add new pet Angry Jelly

It’s time for yet another Clash of Clans update! And this month, we’re welcoming another pet, the adorable Angry Jelly.

If there’s one thing that Clash of Clans never fails to do in its 12-year run, it’s surprise the players with fresh content and new game features. Supercell constantly updates the game with new events, Hero Equipment, and even brand-new Town Hall levels at least once a year.

While recent updates brought us what may have been unwelcome changes or balances (such as another Root Rider nerf), the update for April 2024 brings us a great addition to the Clash of Clans pet roster!

Angry Jelly Hero Pet

The best feature of this upcoming update is the new Hero Pet, the Angry Jelly. This flying troop has its unique ability, Brainwash, to control its Master Hero to target defenses after it has been deployed specifically.

A unique, invincible army, the Angry Jelly is immune to all defense towers and traps while attached to the Master Hero. Once its companion is eliminated, the Angry Jelly will function like a normal troop.

Due to its Brainwash ability, we suggest using the Angry Jelly pet with the Archer Queen for Queen Charges.

Clan Castle with more Siege Machine Capacity

The Clan Castle gets a whole new level upgrade in the April 2024 patch! In addition to the usual additions to the tower’s hitpoints, the Level 12 Clan Castle has the capacity for two Siege Machines.

This upgrade costs 21,000,000 Elixir, and the downtime lasts for 15 days and 12 hours.

A stronger Monolith

Another upgrade that higher-level players may be excited about is a stronger Monolith! The Level 3 Monolith has 193 Base Damage per second and costs 370k Dark Elixir to upgrade.

But it’s not just the Monolith! The Eagle Artillery also offers a new level for players with a Town Hall 16.

New Ice Golem, Electro Titan, and Yeti levels
