But personally, I only recommend pulling Florabelle if you plan to pair her with Cecia. She is a really good support for Cecia as she gives a permanent shield at Mythic+, but that will require a lot of pulls before even getting one.
If you decide to pursue Florabelle, remember that she will also appear in the All-Hero and Epic Recruitment banners. Planning your resource allocation around these opportunities can maximize your chances of acquiring her without exhausting all your pulls at once.
