At 175cm, Florabelle might seem imposing, but her true strength lies in her compassionate and caring nature. She is a beloved teacher at Jade Lake Academy and excels in nurturing and guidance. Her calm, patient approach makes her a favorite among children and adults.
Florabelle is visually distinctive with her flower wheels and always accompanied by her loyal Bulbsprites—three tiny companions armed with a spear, bow, and large hammer.

Florabelle Banner Date
You can recruit Florabelle during the Limited Rate-Up banner from April 16, 2024, to May 10, 2024, at 00:00 UTC. She will replace Vala as the new Limited Rate-Up Banner. She is only going to be available in the Limited Rate-Up Recruitment banner.
There are no other ways to get her besides the Rate-Up banner, but she will be available in the All-Hero Recruitment banner after her Limited banner ends, just like Vala.
Florabelle Skills
Florabelle relies mainly on summoning her three Bulbsprites to deal damage while she boosts their attacks.
Ultimate: Pounding Blow
At the start of a battle, Florabelle summons a spear-wielding Bulbsprite to assist her. When casting her ultimate, Florabelle summons a mighty hammer-wielding Bulbsprite, dealing high damage and knocking enemies within an area in the air. With powerful AoE attacks and control effects, Florabelle is an excellent choice for crowd control formations.
Skill one: Overgrowth
Feeds a “snack” to the Bulbsprite with the highest Attack, enlarging it and granting it powerful buffs for a limited duration. Don’t underestimate this skill – it can significantly damage enemies in many combat situations.
Skill two: Tiny Sharpshooter
Florabelle summons a short bow Bulbsprite. If there’s already a short bow Bulbsprite on the battlefield when this skill is cast, it will instead unleash a burst of arrows, hitting enemies with multiple shots in a short amount of time. This skill gives Florabelle a decent ranged attack capability.
Hero Focus (Unlocked at Legendary+)
Florabelle increases her ATK by 10% during battle. She gains an extra 4% ATK when at least 2 of her summons are on the battlefield.
EX Skill: Protective Blessing (Unlocked at Mythic+)
Grants a Natural Blessing to allied summons upon their entrance to the battlefield, providing them with a permanent shield capable of absorbing damage equal to 280% of Florabella’s ATK. This skill can be activated once every 0.5s.
Enhance Force (Unlocked at Supreme+)
Allied petalia in their giant form are immune to control effects.
