Senna in League of Legends

Three new champions and a new class will come to PBE servers soon, according to a TFT update by Riot Games.

Lucian and Senna will enter the arena together and players who pair them up on the battlefield will be rewarded with the new Soulbound trait.

The introduction of Lucian and Senna has resulted in changes to the Shadow origin, which will now swap to a 3/6 model rather than the current 2/4 system.

Amumu also makes his first Teamfight Tactics appearance. The mummy will prove to be a strong addition to existing Inferno and Warden compositions. Amumu’s ability and tankiness will help to protect the often squishy Inferno backlines.

Furthermore, the entire Inferno origin is getting a buff as the Inferno ability will now proc on critical hits and six-unit and nine-unit Inferno builds will also result in more hexes on fire.

Read on for more detailed information regarding the new Soulbound class and the abilities of every new champion coming to Teamfight Tactics:

Soulbound

(2) The first Soulbound unit to die in a round will instead enter the Spirit Realm, becoming untargetable and continuing to fight as long as another Soulbound unit is alive.

Senna

Cost: 2
Origin: Shadow
Class: Soulbound
Ability: Piercing Darkness

  • Senna fires a beam through her furthest ally, dealing 50/100/150 magic damage to enemies, and buffing allies’ on-hits for 5 seconds to deal 25/45/65 magic damage from Senna.

Much like in League of Legends, Senna will provide support to her allies from the backline, while also dishing out damage with her long-range attacks.

Lucian

Cost: 4
Origin: Light
Class: Soulbound
Ability: The Culling

  • Lucian fires at 4 times his normal Attacks Per Second in a direction for 4 seconds, each attacking for 20/30/50% of his AD, applying on-hits, and dealing 30/40/50 magic damage.

Lucian’s high single-target DPS means that he is another welcomed addition to Light compositions in Teamfight Tactics.

Amumu

Cost: 5
Origin: Inferno
Class: Warden
Ability: Curse of the Sad Mummy

  • Amumu’s rage explodes, dealing 250/500/1337 magic damage to enemies within 2/3/4 Hexes, and stunning them for 1.5 seconds.

Amumu seems to be the missing piece of the puzzle for Inferno compositions in Teamfight Tactics right now. He can sit near the front of combat and provide much-needed tankiness to protect mages, summoners, and rangers. With Amumu now joining the fray, expect the six-piece Inferno builds to become significantly stronger.
