The final boss, detailed on the leak via HomDGCat, presents a formidable challenge with a unique battle mechanics system. Here’s what we know so far:

  • Initial Tombstone Mechanic: The boss battle introduces Tombstones with an initial 4 HP. Death’s key ability, “Harrowing Obituary,” ensures that any Tombstones summoned after this move will see their HP increased by 1, adding a layer of complexity to the battle strategy.
    • Phase 3 Ultimate Abilities: In the third phase of the battle, the boss gains access to two devastating ultimate abilities:
      • Losing Eventide Light: A countdown begins, lasting 3 character actions, after which the boss targets and eliminates the character who acted last.
      • Watery Dissolution: This move revitalizes all characters with 200 energy but has dire consequences. The first two characters who acted will be eliminated in the following turn.

These leaks suggest a boss battle that will test the limits of players’ strategic planning and adaptability, requiring careful consideration of action order and the management of character energy.

As Simulated Universe 9 launches, players should prepare their teams, strategize how to best use the upcoming rewards, and prepare themselves for the new adventures that await in Honkai: Star Rail.
