Black Swan is a DPS character capable of inflicting the enemy with “Arcana” through various means. “Arcana” is a unique form of DoT. Black Swan can trigger various additional effects based on the number of “Arcana” stacks on the enemy target.

After using a skill to hit an enemy with Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn, or Shock, each debuff has a chance to inflict an extra stack of Arcana.

Goblet’s Dredges

Chance to inflict 1 Arcana stack when a target enters battle. Chance to inflict 1 Arcana stack when a target receives DoT during a single ally attack. Limit to the number of Arcana stacks per attack.
