When Will Starfield Keys Arrive for AMD Rewards Players?

As the clock ticks down to the early access release of Bethesda’s highly anticipated game, Starfield, players who took advantage of AMD’s promotional offer are growing increasingly anxious.

Despite the game’s early access launch being just a day away, AMD has yet to distribute the promised Starfield keys.

Users who have purchased an eligible AMD product and redeemed their Starfield Premium rewards code on the AMD site will have seen a message stating, “Congratulations on reserving Starfield™ Premium Edition! the team will update your account and notify you as soon as the content key is available.”

This has left players in a state of limbo, especially those who were looking forward to pre-loading the hefty 116.21 GB game.

AMD Rewards Starfield Code Release Date

“Users with Starfield Premium Edition will get their game selection on September 1, 2023,” AMD has confirmed.

However, this has done little to quell the concerns of players, given that the Premium Edition includes up to 5 days of early access.

Another player who contacted AMD just this week received a less-than-reassuring response: “the team are unable to guarantee the game will be available for pre-loading and can only assure you that it will be added to your account once the game has been officially launched.”

It’s worth noting that AMD has a history of allocating keys anywhere from a week before a game’s launch up to the launch day itself. This inconsistency has only fueled the uncertainty among players eager to dive into Starfield’s expansive universe.
